What is MyPMZ?: Saving Properties

Ok, you have done a search, but it still lists 60 properties and only three caught your eye. Instead of picking them out each time, save them instead.

This is another powerful feature of My PMZ - the ability to save individual properties. Saved properties go into a special folder that can be reviewed at any time. 

It gets even better.
Once you have saved a property you can give it a 1-5 star rating so you can quickly pick out the ones you like the best.

There's still more.
Say, you have a home rated at 4 stars - but why? Add a note to the property to remind yourself of just what you liked about it. Add two, three or more.

How do I view my saved searches?
When you are logged on you will have a green and yellow bar that reads MyPMZ Tools. By clicking on MyPMZ Homepage you will see links to Saved Properties as well as Saved Searches and Rejected Properties.

Clicking the Saved Properties link will take you to your Saved Properties page.
